Weekly Gluten Free Menu



We spent a couple hours on Sunday pre-prepping the meals for this week. There's just something about being in the kitchen with my favorite guy creating mouthwatering dishes... I just absolutely love it!

On the Menu

Egg Muffins w/ Pesto, Kale, and Ricotta Salata
Meusli w/ Fresh Thyme, Mint, Bananas, and Blueberries
Collard Green Almond Butter Soup
Spaghetti Squash w/ Edamame and Ricotta Salata
Roasted Cauliflower
Pumpkin Current Scones
