Here
is a delightful little snack that is easy to prepare, healthful, and
delicious! Plain Greek yogurt, blueberries, and maple syrup are all it
takes. Mix, dollop onto wax paper, and freeze. Once frozen, remove them
to a freezer bag or container, and pop one out whenever the craving for
something sweet strikes!
