A Simple Summer Brunch Menu

As I've mentioned before, we are huge  fans of brunch at our house. And when it comes to entertaining, concocting a brunch menu is just about one of my favorite things to do! Sweet and savory alike...nothing's off limits for this versatile meal.

This past weekend, my brother and sister were in town, and we hosted a brunch in their honor.- Because our Friday/Saturday/Sunday schedule was stuffed to the gills, I was forced to rely on some store-bought goodness, and some trusty make ahead recipes to pull it off stress free. The result is what I'm sharing with you today: a fabulously simple, and equally delicious, mostly-make-ahead menu:
(*) denotes something that can be made the day before

Menu

Blueberry Soup Shots *
Fresh Pea Soup Shots *
Truffles *
Lemon Poppy Seed Mini Muffins *
Hard Boiled Eggs *
Nuts
Sausage Rounds
Grands Wheat Biscuits (yep, from a tube) - w/ Apple Butter
Yogurt Cups (vanilla yogurt, berries, and a Biscoff cookie)

Orange Juice
Peach Bellinis
(made with fresh peach puree and Elderflower Presse')

  2. I'm settling in for fall and getting back into reading and commenting on blogs again! :) Missing your posts over on IG.

I love make ahead items for when company is coming! This menu looks like the perfect balance of YUM and EASE. :) I've never heard of soup shots - they look really good - tell me more about them! Are they served hot or cold? What texture is the soup?
